I have installed Ubuntu 7.04 today on a dual boot system with Win XP. The installation was without errors, but after I restarted (without the CD) Ubuntu wouldn’t load. It would just get to the loading bar and then froze. XP starts normally. To boot I used Grub. What could be the problem?

I got Ubuntu, got it on my MacBook, and I can’t figure out how to conect to the internet. I’ve even tried a direct ethernet connection, but I can’t figure it out! Is there a way to even connect it to AirPort Express, if so, how. How do i even connect with an ethernet cable for that matter!

I upgraded windows xp to Linux-Ubuntu but I want to run programs like a game that is made for xp or yahoo messinger wich is for xp in Linux-Ubuntu without using a wine file? I love this system but if I cant get things working I cant have it. Any ideas?
I have two hard drives on my pc, and both with Ubuntu installed. When I run the Freespire installer to wipe out Ubuntu from one of the drives and install Freespire, the installer shows that there are no avaiable drives. How can I fix that and install Freespire in the slave HD?
I tried out Ubuntu on my computer but it would not work. After I uninstalled it, the computer screen seemed to be smaller. the text is bigger and the graphics are pixalated. The display panel states everything is at 1024 by 768 pixels. Can I do anything to restore my computer to its origional settings?
