Hi, I just installed Ubuntu on a second hard-drive. I want to have it as second choice boot, but, when I turn on the pc, even though it asks me which OS I want to log in, after several seconds if I don’t move the arrow down it logs into Ubuntu automatically. How can I change orders, and make Windows the one to login automatically? (my dad won’t know how to use Ubuntu or choose OS)

I just don’t want to only use those Operating Systems because I want to use my computer normally too!
I just wiped my hard drive, so there is no operating system. There is no CD drive, so how do I install Ubuntu using floppy disks? Thanks.
I want Windows XP to be the default OS. Do I install XP on drive C? Do I need a boot manager? If so, what is the best boot manager?
I thinking to remove XP and boot the new Ubuntu 8.10. The main concern of me not booting it now is that, is it the same as installing software of Ubuntu. I have like ten or fifteen software which i always use and they are Windows based, can i install them? If i cant, how can i do it in a free legal way? Im not a computer expert like typing up codes. The instruction must be copy paste code or like a wizard
It stops mid stream of installation and says it was interupted. Is it possible to put itunes in Ubuntu?
I am using this for school related work only, so I don’t need anything fancy. But the main thing is that I don’t want to have to pay for Vista.

How can I watch tv shows online for free with Ubuntu? I can’t use abc because you need windows or apple. I want to watch lost if you know any good websites could you put in a link?
