And will it run on Acer Aspire One?

its basically self explanitory

I recently reformated my hard drive and installed linux Ubuntu. Everything has been working exept that i cannot connect to the interet. When I try it just brings up the interet passcode box and says i need to retype it. Is it my router or am I just doing something wrong?

I have 64bit Ubuntu 7.10 and want to install adobe flash. I was told that it normally only runs on 32 bit Linux systems, but that there is a way around this. What is this way and how do i do it?
(This needs to be very in-depth; i have had Ubuntu for 3 days)

I’ve tried Inkscape, but that was a little primitive, and I couldn’t figure out Synfig. If you could post how to work Synfig, I’d appreciate it.
Flash won’t run on linux because the install file is an .exe.
I meant Flash, like the developer version of Flash. I know I already have Flash Player.

I currently have Windows xp home installed on my PC and i also have an Ubuntu 8.04 install disk how can i make these dual boot?

A few months ago I installed what was then the latest version of Ubuntu on a system for my son. He only does two things with a compter:
1) He plays games bought from the store.
2) He goes online and plays games on web sites.

I had problems with both of these scenarios. I use WINE to install and play the store bought games. The problem is that they play very slow and choppy. These are not CPU cycle hungry games. And I have a relatively new system anyway. Plus it has 512 MB RAM (I know thats not a killer amount these days, but its not bad either). And, its a hand built system with all seperate components. Anyway, he has issues with the web site games as well since alot of the games require Shockwave and Shockwave isn’t available for Linux (not sure why).

I was curious to find out if any one else has had a better experience.

I have installed Ubuntu on a partition of my laptop but want to overwright the ubuntu one with kubuntu, how can i do this. I want to keep vista unaffected. Do I remove ubuntu first or what?

Are there any that are cutting edge?

It gives me this message that it may be illegal, is it?
