Windows media player can be downloaded to your computer if you have windows xp but i don’t. There’s another operating system called ubuntu. If anyone is using ubuntu can you tell me if you can download wmp11.

I used the Wubi installer to dual boot 8.04.1, now I want to upgrade to 8.10. But being an end user (not too technical) I don’t know the process of downloading/installing the update.

I had my wifi card in my laptop when I was installing ubuntu, and because of this it thinks that the card is eht0, not the Ethernet port. How can I fix this?
